Tim Unsworth

Tim is a solicitor who has been engaged in private practice since 1986. Tim established Unsworth Legal in 2009 with colleagues from another firm and is based in Sydney, NSW. 

Tim is experienced in a broad range of legal issues including business structures, employment law, sports law, the sale and acquisition of business assets including real property, and competition law. His experience also extends to matters of institutional abuse of children and he acted for the Professional Standards Office (NSW/ACT) in the case of DEF v Trappett [2016] NSW SC 1698. 

Tim’s experience allows him to effectively support the goals of the National Appeals and Review Panel to provide a just and procedurally fair review mechanism for all parties.
